Refund Policy

Our company works to deliver premium services relating to WordPress and Framer together with Webflow Elementor Divi and others. Clients have the right to request refunds although we fully dedicate ourselves to delivering high-quality services. The policy defines every situation where project refunds can be made available.

Effective Date: 2/27/2025

Refund Eligibility

The use of full refunds becomes possible when we have not started any work.
The refund amount will be partial when there is work already done before the request but the project has not been finished.
No refund: After final project delivery and approval.

Non-Refundable Services

Custom design and development services.
The purchase of third-party software together with hosting and domain name acquisitions is non-refundable.

Revisions & After-Sales Support

Unlimited revisions as per the agreed-upon scope.
Complimentary 30-day post-project support for minor adjustments.
